We don’t want you to feel restricted by tons of rigid rules, but we would like for you to follow as many other bloggers in the hop as you would like and if you feel motivated or inspired or meet a kindred spirit in your mutual love of chocolate cake, leave a meaningful comment on their weight-loss post! Having a good support system is such an important part of the weight-loss journey and we hope that this blog hop is a place that you will find that!
My official weight last week was 171.2 which brought my grand total of weight loss down to -22.3 pounds. I set a goal for myself to lose one pound.
I really thought I was on track to get to my goal this week but I fell slightly short.
I still had a loss this week but it was only 0.4 pounds.
My official weight for this week is: 170.8 which brings my grand total to -22.7 pounds.
Which? It’s still a loss and I’m happier with a small loss rather than a gain but I was really hoping to be a little closer to the 160s this week.
Slow and steady wins the race, right?
I’m going to stick with my goal of a pound/week. Which means that, if everything goes according to plan (ha!), I should bust past the 170s by next Friday! I’m going to continue to watch portion size & chug as much water as I can handle.
